Welcome to life.

Life is hard. Life is messy.

But you don’t have to live it alone. We’re social beings.

In almost all aspects, our ancestors’ lives were hard. But they had each other. They shared their joys and sorrows with one another. Our ancestors lived in communities.

Times have changed.

We grow up with few caregivers. We stare at our screens rather than play with our friends. We follow strangers online but don’t talk to our neighbors. We keep busy following the money instead of our hearts.

Have we really evolved?

Had we built a different society, we may not have needed therapy. Alas, this is our current world. May we all evolve, together.
